Kenneth Louis Brundrett was born in Selma, Alabama to Patricia & Donald Brundrett on September 27, 1965.  Kenneth was 52 years old when he was called to the lord on July 11, 2018.  Kenny, as he was known to his friends and family, although unexpectedly, passed peacefully at his home.

Kenny grew up in Texas but left in 2001 for Thousand Oaks with a California girl.  He loved his new home and his new life.  He built numerous businesses and made multiple friends.

Among his friends and passions was the Porsche Club and its members.  Kenny joined the Porsche Club of America, Santa Barbara Region in 2012.  He’s the proud owner of a 1987 928 S4.  He has been the Santa Barbara Region Concours Chair since 2013 and has competed and won several Concours, including being a Head Judge.

Kenny never met a stranger he didn’t know and could talk to anyone about anything.  May his memory live on in our laughs.

He is survived by Tara, his Sweetness, his Wife of 13 years, his Father, Donald Brundrett, his family Kathleen & Lee Blue, Rob & Michelle Brundrett, Laura Brundrett, Jordan Blue & Michael Scott, Tristan Blue, Amanda Pogatschnik, Tamsyn & Antoine Harel Blue, Christopher Brundrett, Maddie Hanson, Chelsea Brundrett, Ashley Brundrett, Nathaniel Brundrett, Logan Chappell, and 2 beautiful great nieces, Tegan & Peyton Scott, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Brundrett, who passed on January 2, 2018.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 4 at Saint Paschal Baylon Catholic Church, 155 East Janss Rd., Thousand Oaks. The family is asking that everyone attending wear purple in Kenny’s honor.  A reception will follow and everyone is invited to celebrate his life. 

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations be made to either Make A Wish Tri-Counties:  tri-counties.wish.org, Alzheimer’s Foundation of America:  alzfdn.org, Child Guidance Center: childguidancecenter.com, or to a charity of your choice.
